Snaptori is operated by Princif, LLC. This page explains how to request deletion of your Snaptori account and personal data.
How to Request Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app:
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm twice. Your account and data are then permanently removed from our servers.
If you want to delete your data but keep your account, tap Delete All My Data instead.
If you no longer have the app installed, email support@snaptori.com from your account's email address with the subject “Delete my account.” We may need to verify your identity before processing an emailed request, and we will delete your account and data within 30 days.
What Is Deleted and What Is Retained
When you delete your account, all of your personal information and content is permanently removed, including:
- All your photos and uploaded images
- All your stories and discoveries (history), including precise location data
- Your profile information — email, display name, username, and profile photo
- Your Pass / purchase access and subscription data
- Your sign-in (authentication) account — you will no longer be able to sign in
- Device notification tokens and app preferences
The only data we may keep is:
- An anonymized record containing no personal information, which may be retained for analytics and fraud prevention. It cannot be used to identify you.
- Transaction records that we are legally required to keep (tax / financial compliance), retained only as required by law.
Personal data is removed immediately when you delete in-app, or within 30 days for email requests. Anonymized records are retained as described above.
